Radek Bodlák se stal jedním z prvních certifikovaných sommelierů v Česku a v roce 2000 se s manželkou Jitkou rozhodl vyparkovat auto z garáže a proměnit ji ve vinný sklípek. Jejich mise byla od začátku jasná: vídat v restauracích stále kvalitnější vína. A tak začali oslovovat zákazníky, kterým by takové lahve mohli dodávat. O tři roky později se Radek s Jitkou rozhodli vinný sklípek uzavřít a pustit se do obchodu s vínem naplno.
